All steel radial tire mould is a specialized vulcanization tool used to shape all-steel radial tires. In such tires, both the carcass ply and belt package use steel cord reinforcements, with the carcass cords arranged radially (at 90 degrees to the tread centerline). These tires offer superior load capacity, wear resistance, puncture resistance, and low rolling resistance, and are widely used in trucks, buses, construction machinery, and aviation. The mould precisely forms the tread pattern, sidewall markings, and bead contour through vulcanization, directly affecting high-speed performance, durability, and retreadability.
