ATV tire mold is a precision tool designed specifically for the vulcanization and shaping of All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV) tires. It shapes rubber green tires under high temperature and pressure, imparting precise contours, complex tread patterns, sidewall markings, and specification parameters. As such, it serves as the core equipment in ATV tire manufacturing.

ATV tires are primarily used on unpaved surfaces such as beaches, mountainous terrain, and muddy roads. Accordingly, the molds are designed to accommodate deep grooves, large tread blocks, and high-grip patterns. Common mold structures include two-piece molds (upper and lower halves) and segmental molds (tread blocks + side plates + mold sleeves). The former offers a simple structure and lower cost, while the latter accommodates complex patterns and enables smooth demolding.
 
Made from cast steel or aluminum alloy, these molds utilize CNC engraving and electrical discharge machining (EDM) for pattern processing, followed by sandblasting and anti-rust surface treatment. They offer high precision, a long service life (up to 500,000–1,000,000 cycles), and support OEM/ODM customization for various ATV tire specifications.

The tire mold adopts a complete precision processing flow, including rough turning by lathe to form the basic structure, precision machining of complex profiles by milling machine, high-precision forming of tread cavities by EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining), and clear engraving of logos, specifications and markings. Combined with heat treatment and fine grinding, the whole process ensures high dimensional accuracy, stable performance and long service life.
